About Syke Consulting

Syke Consulting is a small but niche assessment and development consultancy, launched in 2013.   Based in Yorkshire but flexible in terms of geographical location, we have been lucky enough to work with lots of different organisations across public, private, health and not-for-profit throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.   

Victoria Thornton leads the business and she has more than 20 years’ experience of working in the recruitment industry particularly within legal, insurance and local government sectors and she has gained valuable understanding and knowledge of large corporate companies and public sector organisations.  

At Syke Consulting, we like to work in partnership with our clients to really understand their specific needs and we offer a tailored service from beginning to end. We firmly believe in building and developing strong professional relationships with our clients and our core team is supported by a number of highly experienced associates, many of which have worked with us for a number of years.
